In a coaching session, you'll find a safe, supportive space to explore your relationship with food, body image, and self-worth. We'll work together to set clear goals for your recovery, identify challenges, and create actionable steps to move forward.
Each session is tailored to your unique journey, empowering you with tools and strategies for healing and personal growth.
You’ll leave feeling supported, understood, and equipped to take the next steps in your recovery.

Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, often exploring past experiences and deep emotional healing.
Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused, helping you build practical skills, set goals, and develop strategies for recovery and personal growth.
While coaching is not a replacement for therapy, it can be a valuable complement, offering support, accountability, and empowerment in your journey.

Yes! While I believe an individual can recover from eating disorder behaviors, I also believe that the eating disorder voice will never cease to exist.
Part of navigating recovery is learning how to respond to the eating disorder voice when it becomes active in a way that aligns with your values and recovery self.
